Fantastic experience with Andrea Bruno at Jim Shorkey Kia! Probably the leading cause of frustration for me in the car buying process would be not feeling heard. Feeling heard about what I am looking for, as well as what I am NOT looking for. You do not have to worry about that with Andrea. She will take the time to listen and work with you to get you exactly what you are looking for without trying to get you to go for something outside of your needs or wants. My wife and I recently went to Andrea at Jim Shorkey Kia on a strong recommendation from a recent happy customer of hers, and we were not disappointed. We were looking into getting our first EV and had a specific model and trim in mind. Andrea had the exact vehicle we were interested in waiting for us at our appointment and then spent all the time we needed to allow for test driving and asking questions. The entire process was by far the easiest I have ever had for car buying, including the finance team as well. They were not pushy, they were not aggressive, they truly were looking to provide us the vehicle we needed at a good price. Andrea also did an amazing job with sorting through our trade in from our outgoing lease as well, making it as painless as possible. Upon signing the paperwork she then made sure we understood every feature of the vehicle, which was very helpful and much appreciated. Andrea and the rest of the team earned a repeat customer for the next time we are looking for a new vehicle, and we highly recommend her to anyone reading this as well.
