Get thee to BUSTER MILES KIA!!!!!!! This was the easiest and fastest car buying experience we’ve ever had, and it was the greatest value in the whole state. Bryan and Tim (manager) got it DONE. After an exhausting few weeks of bait and switches, searching, crunching numbers, I had enough with the car shopping journey. I knew what car I wanted, and had a deal in mind that I KNEW was achievable and certainly not a lowball. I reached out to Buster Miles and 2 other dealers via email because at that point, I couldn’t even deal with going in and getting the run around. I said I’d drive to wherever made it shake (my husband and I live in Tuscaloosa). Bryan at Buster Miles got it figured out quickly, and we drove almost two hours to give them business because of it. Two weeks later, he let me know the car had come in! We got there, we were in and out within an hour. I actually have a much lower monthly payment than expected, I got my out the door price (thanks to their lower dealer fee and complete avoidance of ridiculous upcharges and other fees) and APR range I wanted, to boot- which, mind you, they called the bank to ensure happened. No cutting corners here, they were on top of it. The car was freshly washed, gassed up, and literally fresh off the truck. Everyone was kind from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I don’t care if you have to drive to them, give them your business. It’s well worth it.
