This was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. Joe Uthe greeted me as I entered the showroom, and from that point on, I knew I was in good hands. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and Joe took all the time I needed to look at cars and test drive. He explained to me the Subaru love promise, and he delivered. I was offered a very fair trade on my 2020 minivan and a very fair price on a 2024 Subaru Outback. My head was not spinning when I went home to think about it. I just needed to decide if the timing was right for me. I called Joe the following morning, and we set a time to complete the sale. When I arrived, Joe greeted me again and then had me meet with the financial officer to finalize my purchase. Joe then took me to my clean and sparkly new car to teach me all about it. He took all the time I needed and answered all my questions. Before I left, Joe scheduled my first complimentary service in six months. He also encouraged me to call or stop in anytime I had questions or concerns. Purchasing from Gurley Leap Subaru and working with Joe was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had.
