We drove from Ohio to Shipyards baseball park for a tournament this week, when my father's truck had several maintenance alerts pop up that needed immediate attention. Service was done in a timely manner. The service advisor did not try and push any other services, which I thought was nice. Near perfect experience except a little bit of grease left on the exterior of the car, and when I got home I realized someone left a key to a nice brand new 2025 Cadillac. So I had to drive back and return it. Upon doing so I felt like I had to pull teeth to get a thank you for returning the key. Other than that great experience
