I bought a used Ford F250 from the dealership and was absolutely blown away by the customer service that Josh and Steve provided. They are extremely professional and what really stood out was their honesty and Kindness. They are both super genuine people who really care about their customers. When bringing your vehicle to service at the dealership, please ask for Josh or Steve, as they are seriously most outstanding people that I have experienced from a dealership. I believe I already wrote a review about the sales department buying the truck was extremely smooth and everyone was Nice. My salesman was Miguel and you were buying Vehicle from the dealership, I would recommend ask for Miguel as he was extremely nice and I loved doing business with him

The team here is great! Edgar was helpful from start to finish and provided a great experience in getting my first car! Sam was great as well; explained all the finance and legal documents well and ensured that everything we did was in my best interest. Amazing team and I’m happy with my new ride! This is our second time leasing a car from South Bay Mazda and I keep coming back for a reason. I was open to other car brands but the team at Mazda really went above and beyond to earn and keep my business. Our sales rep, Marcus Castleberry, was absolutely amazing! I really felt as if he was fighting to get us exactly what we wanted. He was honest and understanding and ultimately he was the main reason that led us to sticking with Mazda.
