2024 Kia EV9 Light L/R

I originally didn’t come into Kia to get a car, however I ended up with one ???? and I’m so happy I did! Ray made it incredibly easy and stress free for me, he was happy to answer all my questions and didn’t hesitate to change something when necessary. Teddy, he knows what he’s doing! John in finance also 10/10! Shannon in service, fantastic. Went above and beyond to help me. Frankly they all were amazing even the salesmen that were not working on my sale. I was there with my 5 year old, they all helped out if she wanted or needed something to be more comfortable during the wait. Last but certainly not least Darlene Douglas with Florida one insurance is literally a lifesaver, she makes things happen! It was a great experience overall, thanks again Ray!!

What a fantastic experience with Shawne at Kia of Wesley Chapel! He really went above and beyond to get our family into a new Telluride. We’ve been buying cars outright for years but decided it was time to drive something new with a great warranty. Was recommended to check out Wesley Chapel Kia. Shawne was our salesman and was great. We told him what we wanted and he went over all of our options to make it happen. We were going to lease but decided to finance instead. Mike in financing was great too. I felt like both guys truly stand behind their product and are trying to do what’s best for the customer. Will be a lifelong customer. Highly recommend. Thanks Kia!
