I was in the market to buy a used Hyundai Palisade and saw they had one on sale through the CarFax website. I reached out to them directly to get the total cost of the car, plus any fees. Eric responded to me that same day with a quote. It didn't include any unnecessary items like GAP, service agreements or extended warranty. We decided to go in for a test drive and didn't feel any pressure whatsoever to buy the car. We went to another dealership the previous day and had such a different experience. At the other dealership, they refused to give us the total price, spent most of the time trash talking the Palisade, and were very pushy. Our experience with Eric was nothing like that. He was friendly, and very responsive to our questions. When we purchased the car, it was quick and straightforward. Ricardo was very friendly and didn't pressure us whatsoever to get the extended warranty. Overall, we were super happy with our car buying experience. If you hate pushy salesman and unnecessary things added to your car purchase, I recommend you come here.

Karen was a fantastic salesperson! We traveled 3 hours for a vehicle they had and had a great experience. Karen was courteous, helpful, informative, and very friendly. The entire dealership team was friendly and created a hassle-free environment. They also went above and beyond to keep our travel time in mind and worked to get things done as quickly as possible. I took my Kia in to have a crank shaft replaced and a recall item repaired. I made an appointment easily online. When I arrived we received a friendly greeting and prompt service. Eraca assisted us through our initial visit and throughout our cars service. She is was super friendly, efficient, honest and kept her word. She took amazing care of us and made sure we got the service required. She also had the mechanic check to see if anything else needed to be done to the car. She said they didn't see anything. I was happy to know they weren't going to just find additional service repairs in order for us to pay more money. The service we received has appropriate charges. They even cleaned the car even though it was going to rain. This was a fantastic experience.
