Hector was super easy to deal with and helped me get in and out fast. He was not sales pitchy over my noticeably balding tires but did make sure he discussed the need for new ones, and encouraged me to start looking. I had not always had the best feelings for Gary Rome sales experience but their service has been top notch! I can say I will continue to service there
