2024 Kia EV6 Wind AWD

I love this dealership for my service needs. They greet you right away and get you checked in and on your way. My previous experience with Hayward Toyota was totally opposite....you drive up and don't know where to go. Should I stay on the car or go inside? Staff walking around and not greeting you or telling you where to go. I gladly drive a few extra miles to come here rather than Hayward. Danny helped me this time around. I went in for my scheduled maintenance but also had an intermittent issue with my trunk. If course the issue didn't replicate and the trunk worked properly, but he and the service team were able to diagnose the problem and fix so I won't experience that problem again. Sunday hours are a plus!

I’ve been getting my 2019 corolla hatchback serviced here for the past 9 months, great service and i love that they’d wash my car as part of the complimentary service! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Today i took my car in for CEL and Billy was helpful in explaining everything plus answered my questions with great honesty and professionalism
