I'd like to start out this well deserved 5 star review by stating that I did not like the idea of going into a car dealership... not a fan of the sales guys & their pushy managers... I had a terrible awful experience years ago that left the worst taste in my mouth for car shopping/buying. Like real bad, you guys! That being said... SEAN, MIKE & THE REST OF THIS TEAM absolutely changed my mind & restored faith for the good guys. I went in nervous & questionable & came out a confident new Kia owner! The experience was comfortable, the team was personable, no one was pushy or used sales tactics just to grab a sale & Sean was beyond knowledgable on the vehicles. I am so happy that I came to Emich, I can't say that enough. I needed something bigger than my car for my lifestyle & I proudly leased a new Sorento SX Prestige - my Great Dane Cleo loves it, mission accomplished! My paddle board bags (2) fit in the 3rd row/cargo area with plenty of space left over for groceries, traveling items, emergency supplies, etc. Sean taught me how to use my new car & its features before releasing me into the wild with it. I also asked him if I ever ran into future questions if I could text them & ask & he assured me to never hesitate to do so! Talk about a family experience.
