2024 Kia EV6 GT-Line AWD

I personally want to give a big shout out to them at Nissan in Inver Grove heights they are absolutely the best people I've ever met in my life the service manager is just so professional, so caring about his customers, just very consistent with making sure that they hear what's going on with your vehicle and wanting to help. Making sure that the job is done and it's done well. They are very caring and very supportive, I'm overly appreciative to them. God is good and it shows and how amazing the people there are. He is amazing and I'm so grateful that he place genuine people in my life that are caring and that hears me. I've been ripped off by so many people treated so wrong because I'm a woman and don't know much about cars and it was my first car ever brought and I wasn't trying to get anything that was overly expensive just trying to provide great transportation for my children and me as I'm working and building a business working three other jobs and they heard that. Although the people that sold me the car didn't sell me a very good car they are doing everything in their power to fix the issues that have been done to me and my vehicle and listening to me Express concerns about the vehicle. I just want to say I'm very appreciative they need so many accolades, so many praises he's the service manager there but the entire staff is absolutely amazing! Thank you Nissan just wanted to let the world know, corporate know, everyone know how great you are.

I have had no dept in the past 2.5 years. Because of this, The credit history from my entire life was worthless to the financial institutions. I was almost in eligible for any kind of a loan. But, My finance person (Brian) at Nissan made it happen. He really went to batt for me ! He kept pressuring Nissan’s Financial resources, to recognize the fact that I am a very responsible person, when it comes to managing my money. He would not allow them to ignore the fact that I was willing to put $25k down on the purchase. (A little more that 1/2 Down) He worked all day on securing an reasonable interest rate for me It was awesome !!! Maybe even miraculous ???? My loan (With a “0” credit rating) came in at 7.10% for 72 a month loan ???? I purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder. I brought it home last night. It is kind of luxurious ??????????? Really nice ride, quite spacious on the inside. I really like this vehicle ! Brian would not allow the Financial Institutions decide if Nissan was going to sell a vehicle to someone who obviously knows how to manage money. THANK YOU BRIAN, and Luther Nissan .

The advisor that assisted me was great I do not remember his name off hand, (maybe something to add in the future), but he was honest and ensured I was aware of any issues with my vehicle from the time they had it until the time I got it back. The video inspection was great and ensured I was on the same page with the shop. I will definitely be back to this location solely based on the service I received!
