James was respectful, timely, efficient and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire experience… he even went above and beyond - personally delivering documents to my home when our efforts to coordinate a meet up were thwarted. I had a very positive experience during a stressful time at Flow Hyundai of Charlottesville. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - I worked most closely with James Duff, who truly went above and beyond to help me navigate the car-buying process from beginning to end. James was consistently professional and available to communicate with me and answer my questions. He's a hard worker and strives to make each experience the best one possible. I would absolutely contact him in the future when it's time to go car shopping again.

We just bought a Hyundai Tucson from them a few days ago. The sales process was actually pretty straightforward and easy. It wasn't high pressure, and we felt like we could ask lots of questions and get honest answers. We purchased a Hyundai from another dealership in Staunton in 2019 and we did not feel like they were honest with us about a few things, but this time we went to Flow Hyundai and the experience was much better.
