I had such an amazing experience when purchasing my car from North County Kia. They check all of the boxes when it comes to customer service, fairness, and making the experience enjoyable and hassle free. Nate Lamont was our salesman, and we couldn't recommend him enough! He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the process very streamline and efficient. He goes the extra mile with service and truly cares about his interaction with people. The no pressure vibe was great, and he will be there every step of the way through the process. The general manager Abe Nodarse was such a pleasure to work with as we made sure a deal was done. The man knows how to run things and was a joy to talk to along the way. The whole team was pleasant, caring, efficient, and fun to be around. They have truly made me a customer for life! I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle in that area. We couldn't be more pleased with our car! It is so beautiful! North County Kia is providing very good service for my Kia car! I was able to schedule the 50K service within just a week, using their website (unlike their nearby competitor that could not get my car scheduled until 6 weeks later). When I arrived at the appointed time, the service manager showed up promptly, checked out the car, listened to the few issues I had to report, found that there was a pending (and simple) recall, and got the car service done within the estimated time. When I arrived back, the service was explained, everything as expected, no surprises, no “up sells”, and I was good to go. Even though it’s a longer drive, we will be using North County Kia fun now on.

We went in for a recall, expecting that they would be having our car a minimum of two hours and possibly even till Monday(As that’s what I’ve come to expect when dealing with car maintenance) Got a phone call 45 minutes later that the car was ready to go. They Even paid for our Lyft to and from our lunch date. The only thing that could’ve made it better is if the lady who helped us was a little bit more pleasant.
