Top quality buying experience from cost to costumer service. This was my first hybrid vehicle purchase. I have been wanting to take the plunge for a while now, but I was overwhelmed at pricing, options, and conflicting information on the internet. Sometimes you just need a real person with real experience. Chip answered every question (and I had a lot). He worked with me for over a month until we found the best vehicle in our price range.
