2023 Kia Niro EX HEV

The people at Key West Ford were charming, extremely fast and correct. I had the engine floor cover hanging down on my Ford Expedition that I rented in Atlanta. (I lost 3-4 screws on the way). The lovely girls at Ford gave me an appointment for the next day, even though they were actually fully booked for two weeks. The mechanic worked for about 20 minutes on it and then everything was ready, -----and I didn't pay a Cent Hats off, exceptional service. Thanks for all, Uwe from Hamburg, Germany.

Ultimately my work was completed and the job was done well. They missed the fifth star because they seem to have a business philosophy of staffing to the minimum. Sharon Wagner is a rockstar but clearly doing at least 2 if not 3 persons jobs. I only hope she gets paid, the equivalent of 2 to 3 peoples salary. Although the job was done well, it took 3 1/2 hours longer than it should have because there was only one technician for each of the things that needed to be accomplished which I’m sure keeps the overall cost down for the company and profits up, but it leaves me wandering the streets of Key West on my day off waiting for something that should’ve been done hours ago
