2023 Kia Niro Wave EV

I had a great experience at the Service Center/Department today. I had called 2 weeks in advance for a 8am appointment for my first complimentary oil change and tire rotation. I arrived early at 7:30am and was third in line. An older gentleman greeted customers as they showed up, and prepped the cars with plastic bags over the driver seats.... this gentleman was very nice and courteous. 8am came and all the service people came out to greet us all. Steve helped me and he was very friendly and knowledgable. Let me know the kind of service which will be done during my complimentary oil change. Steve gave me an estimated time it would be done. My husband picked me up and we went out for breakfast. Exactly 2 hours later i received a call from Steve letting me know my vehicle was done. During the 2 hours I did receive texts and emails indicating my vehicle was in good shape even received a very cool video of the tech working on my car discussing the thickness of my brake pads while on the lift! That was completely unexpected but happily surprised to see. Over all a very good experience and will be returning again for any services needed in the future! This entire service team was fantastic and friendly.

I had a great experience with Capitol Hyundai. My appointment was originally on a Monday, but fortunately there was an opening to come in on Sunday, which worked much better for me. The process was quick, about an hour and a half, and all pre negotiated numbers were honored. I had my kids with me too and they had a blast with one of the employees dog. My best experience getting a new car so far.

Buying a car always feels intimidating especially when it has to be done suddenly. With an addition to our family a little sooner than expected we were in need of more space quickly. I am thankful that Eric not only helped us quickly but truly accommodated our experience and made us feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. He and Ninous went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for, at the price we could afford. They had so much compassion and patience that I will definitely be making my way back for any future care needs. THANK YOU!
