Everyone here did a great job leading me through the process of buying my first car and they were so patient with all of my questions. My salesman, Kaden P., made sure I got the best deal for my trade-in and made the entire process as smooth as can be, communicating with me via text for a few days about the vehicle before I made the purchase. He was really flexible with me as I had to reschedule my appointment for later in the day half-way into it. The manager, Lambert, was the kindest man — the definition of “above and beyond.” He did everything in his power to ensure I was happy driving away in my Jeep. It was obvious to me that he cares about his customers. l definitely will be returning here when it comes time for a new ride.

I liked how Kaden Parmley listened to everything I was saying when it came to a vehicle I wanted. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process making it quick and easy. The option that I was given wasn’t 100% what I liked, but Kaden and the team went above and beyond to offer me options to make the vehicle what I wanted to leave in. I’ve never had a dealership actually care about what I wanted before and go that extra mile like they did. I will definitely come back to Michigan City Kia in the future and would highly recommend this dealership. The workers were all friendly and professional that I came into contact with the night I bought my new SUV.

I was currently in the market looking to upgrading my vehicle. Instead of trying to sell me anything, Felicia was patient and listened to all my needs. She showed me the packages that would meet my needs, and was very knowledgeable about the specs. I do recommend if you are in the market for new car and you go to Kia ask for sales rep Felicia, because she will walk you through the entire process.

She listened to what my needs were and helped me get the best value and was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend MC Kia. Very personable and professional.
