If I could give this dealership 100 stars I would! This is the second time I've worked with them and again, amazing service! Everyone is so professional but relatable. My mom bought her car there today after having a TERRIBLE experience at Ken Ganley Hyundai in North Olmsted(ps: NEVER GO THERE!!!!). We had an appointment with Elyse and she was already outside waiting for us. She listened to what my mom wanted, showed her a few offers and actually LISTENED to what she wanted. They worked with her the best they could to get the payment in a good range and the finance woman (I can't remember her name sorry!) Was also amazing! She had us laughing, was up front about warranties and coverage, payments, interest, all of it. These people are great and they are willing to help! If you're looking for a Hyundai, this is your shop! And make sure to ask for Elyse!!!! ????
