This place helped me get my very first car. The process was simple and they had a large selection of cars to choose from. Prices were right, and I got approved instantly. I can’t thank the lady that helped me, she really went above and beyond.

I was looking for a specific type of car. I drove from Iowa to see the cars at Chicago Fine Motors. Jose was great! He took time to find out what I was wanting and told me the pros cons of each of the cars I wanted to look at. When none of them were right for me, he didn’t push; instead he told me he had another SmartCar coming the next week and if it was nice he’d call me. He called, we talked about the car, we did a video call and I told him I’d take it. By that time, I felt Jose was a man of integrity and wouldn’t be anything less than honest and above board. Ella took excellent care of getting me all the paperwork and made it super easy to buy a car without having to drive to Chicago again. They made it an stress-less as something like that can be. I’m grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to buy another car from them whether I had seen it or not.
