Shay is the for sure the back bone and deserves all the praise and respect for her hard work. Over the last 2 years I've had 2 vehicles with her and finance auto and she always makes it happen from extended time to pay to getting small updates to the vehicle. If you are looking for a vehicle then this is the place go to ASAP! Prior to them I was looking all around Tampa and the general area. Most of the dealerships I went to their vehicles were over priced, very rude customer service or not willing to work with me at all. The employees there help out so much. I was in deep gratitude the way they were willing to help. I unfortunately got into a hit and run. Long story short the vehicle was considered a total loss which was totaled by the insurance. They forgave me for the 2,200 owed and that right there was a life saver! Thank you so much!
