BUYERS BEWARE!! You’ll definitely be getting your dream car here ????. These guys in all departments are great. I’ve been looking for a specific used car for months with no luck and salesman John S. said he’d keep a look out for me. Fast forward to about a month later and he found it on a trade in! Within 24 hours papers were signed and I got the car I’ve been waiting for. These guys are honest, professional and kind. You can tell they’re not trying to nickel and dime you like some other dealerships in the area. As a young college girl, I was nervous shopping for a car by myself, but these guys really are the best. They even check in from time to time to make sure I’m still loving the car, buy from these guys!!

Every step of this whole experience was very smooth and fluent. My sales representative Luis, was very professional, detailed, and patient (my father that was in crutches). The finance guys Bijan and Preston as well were very professional and detailed in all aspects of this transaction. This team is well led and it shows. I will definitely recommend this dealership. Had a wonderful experience at Phil Smith Kia. From the moment we entered the location we were welcomed lime family. Our sales consultant, Ty Robinson was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very willing to help with every question and request we had. Ty went as far as to install the roof racks himself in order to avoid any delays. Bijan, the general sales manager was also extremely helpful in getting us the best possible deal for the vehicle we wanted. Hands down, the best experience all around in purchasing a new car.
