My experience at Northcutt Toyota in Enid was exceptional. My salesman, Ashley guided me through the entire process of pre-inspection of their vehicle, the appraisal of my vehicle, the test drive, and setting up all the new tech in the new vehicle. The vehicle being CPO gives me confidence. I expect to keep this car a long time, but I would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from them again.

I came to shop for my kid’s first car. I did my shopping online mostly before I arrived. I arrived 35 minutes before closing and there was never a second of hesitation. Ryan was ready and waiting. We did a thorough walk around and test drive and he answered all my questions. There was zero effort to rush me, zero pressure to make a sale. I purchased a gently used 13 year old vehicle. The Northcutt team already replaced transaxles and serviced the vehicle, not to mention a top-shelf detail job. I felt 100% confident that the inspection was not a formality to them, and they genuinely wanted the car as close to new condition and safe as possible. Every employee I met was happy to be at work and personable. This was almost a 2 hour drive for me, but I will certainly be a repeat customer of Northcutt. I recommend this dealership for customer service and manners.
