Y’all this review comes easy to write with the service I experienced. I had a sudden issue come up and the mechanic I went to previously was out of town for a while, leading me to search for someone else. I looked at reviews at different mechanics and found lakeview. The reviews felt confident and reassuring to the anxiety I get about going to new mechanics. My first impression of Derek was that he was very kind and confident in his work. He did a full inspection of my car and found my issues and gave me a wonderful estimate for my repairs. He made sure he had key notes of my issues so I was very well informed. Which I appreciate having all the knowledge informed to me. The mechanic I had previously didn’t do the greatest of jobs but Derek and chandler both did amazing work on my car it’s driving sooooo much better. While derek was waiting for my part to come in he even went above and beyond and buffed out my foggy headlight. Like come on!!! I appreciate the effort to make sure my car is sound and taking the time to go above and beyond. Thank you soooo much Derek and team! I absolutely will be back!
Had my SUV detailed here and am completely pleased with the result. The owner is a very pleasant and personable person who worked hard to present me with a vehicle that was cleaner than the day I bought it. I will be returning in the future.
