I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gerald Honda of Countryside, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I felt welcomed and valued. The staff at Gerald Honda is top-notch. They are not only knowledgeable about their Honda vehicles but also genuinely passionate about helping customers find the perfect match. Whether you’re looking for a reliable Civic, a spacious CR-V, or a family-friendly Odyssey, they’ve got you covered. What impressed me the most was their commitment to customer service. They understand that your car is part of your family, and they treat it as such. The service center is staffed with qualified professionals who work efficiently to get your vehicle back on the road promptly. Speed is their specialty, but they never compromise on quality. What impressed me the most is their Lifetime Warranty that covers all repairs to the powertrain components of your vehicle for as long as you own it. So why would I put 4 stars on a review where I talked about what a customer can dream of buying their new car? I requested a out the door price and was confused on the price. I was given 2 quotes for 2 different hybrid CR-V's and saw the dealership markup was in the thousands up to $5000! I was told its because of the market of electric/hybrid cars increasing while car manufactures are dumping the manufacturing of these electric/hybrid cars due to the lack of customers for the vehicles.

Awesome experience with Gerald Honda ! Daniel (Jr) was super attentive and did great with my keeping my purchase within my budget! He gave me my options and did not pressure me into buying more than I wanted! He showed me cars and I got to test drive them too ! The process took a few hours and even went a bit after closing time, but he still took his time with me and I did not feel rushed ! Definitely recommend Gerald Honda and Daniel (Jr)

I had previously purchased a Honda from Napleton and wasn't happy at all with my experience. I was EXTREMELY please with the way that Gerald handled my trade-in/purchase experience. Bob was very helpful and set up an appointment with him to go through the transaction. The keys for my trade-in weren't held hostage as they have been in the past. I received a fair price for my trade in. Additionally, I was pleased to be able to take the new car for a test drive on my own without supervision. Setting up financing was also very streamlined. I highly recommend Gerald in Countryside for your purchase. All in all, all staff was very helpful in meeting all of my needs in a timely, easy fashion.
