Great service before, during and after the sale. I was not the easiest client to deal with, and I was looking for a vehicle that was easier to live with to put it bluntly. They didn’t try to upsell me, I got exactly what I wanted and now have nice family car.
I bought my Ram here two weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I came with a pre approval from my local credit union but the staff there was able to find me a better rate! Todd from champion was top notch! From my first inquiry on the truck, he was there for me with any and all questions without being pushy or deceptive! We were 3hrs from the dealership so he took the time to send me an inside and outside 3 minute video about the condition and features of the Ram! I can’t say enough about the guys from this dealership! Todd made my experience here the most enjoyable and pressure free! After the purchase I mentioned that I was just bummed that it didn’t come with the rubber mats. Todd ordered them from his personal Amazon account and had them shipped to my front door!! Again, I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and recommend the folks at champion if you’re in the market for a new ride! I love my new Ram!
