ETA: We’ve had the truck about a month now and it’s been fantastic! Everything has been checked by our family mechanic and is in great shape. We had one issue within the warranty, and they fixed it promptly & painlessly. The staff at Top End Auto are professional, helpful, and understanding. We recently finalized on a truck with them. They were very responsive and patient throughout the process as we faced some hiccups with our financing (unrelated to them). We purchased a 2012 Ram 1500 that appears to be in great condition. There was an issue with the front brakes that we noticed during the test drive. They handled it professionally, and replaced the brakes in a timely manner, so it now drives wonderfully. I will add an update after we own the car for a bit, but as of now-- I would certainly work with this dealer again.
