2018 Nissan Rogue S AWD

My experience was very positive. My rave review is for my salesperson: Nelly Morallo. She made the experience so easy. She was readily available by phone/text when I had questions. Once I picked out the car I wanted, she streamlined the process by getting the car cleaned and prepped and got all the paperwork ready to go. She also made sure I downloaded the Nissan app and connected my phone to my car for me, and showed me how to use all the car features. She is no nonsense while also being personable, and not pushy. She anticipated my car needs perfectly. Shopping for cars is stressful, but she made it the best possible experience that I could have had. Also, she put a bow on my car which made it really special! No one has ever done that for me before! I also love my new Nissan Rogue.

Overall an amazing experience buying from Sybil at Coggin. Would go there again in a heartbeat. I bought a 370Z online from out of state. Sybil sent me accurate pictures and videos from the get go. Very straightforward negotiation and an absolutely great out the door price. The car is in immaculate condition. She was responsive via text and email and had everything ready for me when I arrived in Florida, including a ride from the airport. I couldn’t be happier with the car and the entire buying process.

Nelly was AMAZING! I really appreciate everything she did! She put in the effort to make sure I received the car I loved! I love how enthusiastic and sweet she was about the whole process! When that time comes for another car In the future I will be seeing Nelly!
