2022 Polestar 2 Long Range Dual Motor

I live in a small rural town called Winnemucca, Nevada. I had the pleasure of working with SAM. Sam from day one had a down to earth personality took the time to show me the truck i was interested in and even sent me a walkaround video. Sam made my car buying easy, he was not pushy, and communicated with me well throughout the whole entire process.. This dealership is in Dallas TX not close at all to where I live, but Sam made it feel like I was there personally talking to him. I am now waiting on my truck which should be here Monday and im hoping I can deal with SAM again here in the near future. I recommend this place 100% especially if you live out of state

I was extremely nervous when choosing this dealership considering its small size. But when I pulled up I was greeted by a gentleman named Mr Human. I told him what I was looking for exactly, and we immediately got to checking out the vehicle. I also dealt with who I think is the boss. I can't remember his name I think his name was sam. Both these gentlemen were absolutely incredible with their customer service, making sure all my concerns were addressed, and giving me the best possible deal on the vehicle I was looking for. There was a coolant leak on the vehicle I was purchasing but I noticed on the test drive. They immediately fixed it properly with OEM PARTS. And for my peace of mind they allowed me to check underneath the undercarriage of the vehicle to ensure there wasn't anything crazy going on. These people went above and beyond for me to make sure that I was completely satisfied and all my concerns were taken care of to ensure my confidence in purchasing the vehicle. I came in with the pre-approval which streamlined the financing and paperwork process. Everything was just so organized, well thought out, and built for a fast streamlined process. The one thing I need to highlight is their integrity with everything from mechanical to paperwork. They are men and women of their word which is hard to find in the car business.
