2021 Polestar 2 Pilot Plus

We recently test drove and quickly ended up purchasing a Polestar 3 from Polestar Philadelphia. Aside from how impressive the car was, the dealership/purchase experience was equally as good. Everything was flawless - scheduling the test drive online, the warm welcome upon arrival, the answers to our numerous questions, accommodating multiple test drives, explaining every element of the purchase process, and guiding us through to vehicle pickup. It was extremely refreshing to be excited about a car and not get let down when it came down to purchasing. The entire team - David, Ryan, Christian, and Sam - were friendly and easy to work with. They never pressured us, explained pricing clearly, and helped us get exactly what we wanted. We can't wait to pick up our car soon!
