2021 Polestar 2 Pilot Plus

I’d like to thank and 100% recommend working with Robert Tenny at Toyota of North Austin. I had been to umpteen dealerships, dealing with a lot of people, researching a variety of different types of Toyotas. I had come in exhausted after avoiding a lemon at another dealership. I had a fairly narrow budget and specific interest type for a car (Camry, post 2014, ~15k). Robert worked fast and intently with me to find me the perfect fit — cars that weren’t even on the lot/website full yet. He worked with my budget perfectly. Completely kind, patient, and amicable throughout. The whole process was efficient but not rushed. He taught me about hybrids. He messaged me cars that fit my bill as they came in and offered many ideas. I am so thrilled with my new car, that we ultimately matched me with, that it’s made me grateful that I’ve had to get a new one! Thank you again Robo!!

If I can give this place a 10 star I would. Had the best experience here. My family was desperate in need of a vehicle. We have 16 month baby girl and we didn't have no transportation to get to work or anywhere. Thank you to pre- own vehicle unit Claudia M, lissette Montalvo and Corina A for helping and walking me through the process. We were able to leave with our family car.
