2021 Polestar 2 Pilot Plus

I had an incredible experience buying my new Polestar 3 at Polestar Manhattan thanks to Jonathon and Ruben. Second time buying a car from these guys (Polestar 2 previously) and it has been a perfect experience both times. Jonathon made the entire car buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was extremely friendly, generous with his time, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. Ruben was also a huge help, especially during the test drive, where he guided us clearly and made the experience enjoyable and informative. Together, they made the whole process seamless. We had a tire blowout on Long Island, and at first we were very upset to hear that our only option was to have our car towed to all the way to Polestar Manhattan. But once it go to Polestar Manhattan everything went so smoothly. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure that we got back on the road as soon as possible. Thank you!
