2022 Polestar 2 Long Range Dual Motor

I had negative equity on my trade-in and Anthony Wong was still able to get me out the door in a beautiful Tesla X. Anthony was professional and considerate to my concerns. This is a great dealership. I am big on Customer Service and my entire experience was Wonderful. Rodrick was very patient and helpful in assisting with all my needs. He sent me a video during bad weather when I couldn’t make it that day to test drive the car. He was willing to stay late to accommodate me and my busy schedule. Ruben was also very helpful from the time I arrived, during the test drive, and even managed to get me better rates! Dan was very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. We went to Ultimate Motorsports initially to see a red Model X 100D. Joey informed me it was already being sold. He let us drive a Model X and a Model Y. We didn't care for either one because of the color combo. He told us he was getting another shipment the next day. We told him the color combo we wanted. As luck would have it, they got a gray with white interior Model X 100D in that shipment. He texted me immediately the next day. I told him I could come the following day. He said he would have it charged and ready when we got there. He stood by his word. It was clean and charged the minute we got there. Joey came and greeted us and gave us the key and told us to look it over and then have fun test driving! We decided to purchase. We already had financing, and I told him exactly what my bank needed, and he got it done immediately. Then, after my bank wired the money and I gave them the down payment, I drove my 2017 Tesla Model X 100D home! GO SEE JOEY!!! He was fast to respond via text and taking care of us. They had absolutely NO EXTRA car dealership fees. Hands down because of Joey, it was the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had! Couldn't be happier!!!!!
