We originally purchased a 2022 Malibu from Pinegar back in December. Great experience working with Grant. Three months later, we found out our AC wasn't working properly, so we took it in for review. Unfortunately, they found additional damage to our front bumper, meaning someone hit our car. We made a claim with our insurance, who then recommended we make an appointment with one of their preferred body shops. When the shop took our bumper cover off, we discovered even more damage inside the vehicle, indicating the vehicle had been in a front end collision prior to Pinegar getting the car on their lot, and wasn't reported. We were able to drive the car back to Pinegar, who began working alongside us to find a solution. In the end, we decided to trade the Malibu in for another pre-owned vehicle. Grant and the Pinegar team didn't just give us a good deal for trade-in; they offered $2,000 above the sales price of the car, which helped in our financing for the new car, a 2022 Equinox. We are so thankful Pinegar went above and beyond our expectations; they are one of the few businesses left with true integrity in their work, and they will be our preferred dealership for a long time.
