2020 Buick Envision Essence AWD

We bought a car off of Hannah and had a great experience. They weren't pushy and gave us fair estimates and prices. The finance guy was filling in from a different location. He was nice and easy to work with also. We had to take the car back in for cleaning. They did a great job and didn't make us wait all day. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences that we have ever had, and we do appreciate that. These aren't your typical snake oil salesmen, so get in there and buy a car!

I have high social anxiety so the thought of going into a dealership was terrifying. I started online to see if I could be pre-approved because of how bad my credit is. Tracy reached out to me through text and let me know the car I was looking at was still available and that they work with any credit. She scheduled an appointment for me that day. Walking in I was immediately greeted by Tracy who then passed me off to Ryan, a sales consultant. Ryan was super friendly and reassured me he would do everything he could to get me this car. He and Evan worked miracles to get me the financing I needed and after signing the paperwork with Kyle I drove home in my new 2020 Chevy Equinox! So glad I went to Victory Toyota Highlands !
