I bought an 09 Town car and needed the door passcode retrieved. The service department quoted me a price of $67. When I showed up I asked if they could disable the easy entry/exit option on the driver's seat. They did both and charged only $58. Plus they showed me a few other things and took the extra time to do it right, things like this, I APPRECIATE. Thanks service team, and thanks to the big guy with the red beard--- GREAT GUY!
