2019 Buick Envision Premium II AWD

Ben West was my sales rep and did an outstanding job with delivery of my 2020 VW Jetta GLI. He took my out-of-town call during the recent local snowstorm when he could simply just not answer due to being closed by the weather. He patiently walked me through the Dixie Motor buying process, and had a purchase order in my inbox as soon as they opened back up. Ben’s communication was prompt and responsive for all the paperwork needed to register my car out-of-state. On the day of delivery, he picked me up at the airport and had everything lined up for the delivery. About 30 minutes later, everything was complete, and I was headed back home in my new ride w/ a full tank of gas. After the sale, he followed up, quickly took care of any questions or issues I had and made a seamless process to title and plate my car out-of-state. Ben is a thorough, thoughtful professional and a credit to Dixie Motors. I would not hesitate to work with him again when shopping for my next vehicle.

Ben was the best from start to finish, best experience ever and I have bought a lot of vehicles. I texted Ben as I am from Indiana and he answered every question I had. So worth the 4.5 hr. drive! I was in and out 30min. tops - including test drive, signing paperwork and having John helped me return my rental car. Ben made it seem as though you are dealing with a friend and not a salesman, loved that we both share the love of biking on road bikes. John was great as well bringing me back after dropping off rental car. We shared our love of live music. Most friendly dealership ever with awesome employees! Fantastic dealership! Randy was my Sales rep. If I could afford to buy a car every year, I'd do it just to go hang out with him. Everyone I talked to was extremely easy to work with and accommodating. My wife and I both have purchased cars from them in the last few years and you really can't beat their prices for a newer reliable vehicle.
