2017 Buick Envision Preferred AWD

I would definitely buy from here again! We bought a Mazda RX8 online and had it delivered to Ohio. We purchased the car on a Saturday and they had it picked up first thing Monday morning!! So fast and easy. They are very pleasant and honest!! They told us every little detail of the car! We love the car! It is top notch(for the year). Thank you again!

This was a really nice place to buy from! I was helped by Darius who was great to work with, and so far I've been pretty happy with the 2010 Honda Fit I bought (pretty happy mainly because I still miss things about the old one that got totaled, not because I've had a bad experience with the Honda so far). Darius was incredibly patient with how long I took to make a decision and he never tried to pressure me into making the purchase, but still made sure I was aware there was also someone coming to look at the car the next morning so there was a chance it could be gone soon. He even looked up aftermarket options for a center console when I was concerned about the Honda not having one, and found one for a reasonable price. The buying process itself was fantastic, and I really appreciated that they took care of getting my plate transferred and everything with my car's registration and title, so I don't have to deal with the Secretary of State business at all. The only things that are a little cause for concern so far are 1. There appears to be a weird grinding noise, almost like something is dragging on the pavement, that happens when backing up or just driving sometimes that I don't remember hearing when test driving it, but we can't see anything that might be dragging underneath so it could just be a weird creaking noise of the car. But also 2. A day or two into purchasing the car, a rather unpleasant mildew smell started up that I'm pretty sure is coming from the carpeted flooring. I question if it was always there and they just aired the car out before I test drove it, since it does more or less go away pretty quickly when the doors are open. My guess, though, is that it started up due to a literal puddle of water being on the floor of the backseat when I first checked out the car to test drive it. Darius had definitely been confused how it got there, and guessed it was because after they detail the inside of their cars they leave the windows cracked for it to air dry, and then there was heavy rain overnight/the following morning. They did make sure all the water was vacuumed out before I bought it, but I have a feeling the puddle and probable other moisture from the rain getting in is the reason for the mildew smell. I'm hoping a good carpet cleaning, some Lysol, and some Febreeze will help to get rid of the smell for good, because I was not expecting to deal with a bad car smell when buying this car. ???? Besides those two things--mostly the second one--it was an overall really good experience and I'd still recommend buying from here!
