Great buying experience at Dunn Chevy! My wife needed a new car and she found a 2024 Trax online she liked. I called to see if it was available, and upon learning it was we went in the evening for a test drive. Megan was fantastic. She was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Not only did she stay after hours so we could take the car home, but she still went over all the features of the vehicle. Shout-out to Matt in finance who also stayed late. He was a pleasure to work with, and got us the best rate and loan term available. Gone are the days of haggling. I never felt pressured, just fantastic customer service from everyone we worked with. If you're going to a quick oil change place dropping over 100 on a synthetic blend oil, you're overpaying. Now, sure, it may take 30 or so minutes, but if you're waiting outside for your turn, you're still waiting. Set an appointment, get your oil changed at the dealership, and save 50 bucks. Along with the service being great, they'll let you know if your vehicle has any recalls. Dennis always professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Our advisor Shelly & the service staff were great they went above & beyond to get us in and out with our vehicle that we had taken to 2 prior dealership that had wasted our time and didn't fix the problem.
