From my first contact with the dealership via phone, until completion of the sale and driving off the lot, I was treated in a fair and friendly manner. Our Sale Associate, Matthew Armour, was incredible friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was willing to allow us to view and drive several models without any pressure. I especially appreciated the opportunity to take test drives without the dealership forcing our sales associated to ride with us, allowing us to speak freely during the ride and contemplate the purchase. Upon selecting the vehicle we wanted to purchase, negotiations were quick and fair, and the time it took to complete the purchase was fast and easy. I am not a fan of the car purchasing process due to previous experiences over the years, but the entire Hayes team made this a phenomenal, and even enjoyable, process. I have had my Buick Envista now for almost 3 months and I'm loving it! Although, this car was super difficult to find because of the demand of the car--nothing to do with Hayes Buick,but its panning out to be worth the wait. I bought this vehicle from one the best, honest ,and delightful sales associate by the name of Josh. Josh was very patient with me throughout the entire process, and he wasn't one of those pushy, rude salesman. In addition, I had another great experience with the service manager at Hayes, and he was also great. I guess the biggest take away with my experience is that I felt like Hayes Buick really cared about me, and that means so much because my experiences with many of the dealerships in my home state was very disappointing. My Sierra had a recall and I was also having some issues with the radio/infotainment system. AJ took care of everything and called to let me know my truck was ready. He also took time to help me add my phone contacts to my truck.
