Jake was very helpful and was not pushy at all. Unfortunately, the 2011 Ram 1500 I bought needs all new upper and lower ball joints, but I knew I was purchasing the truck as-is and I love it so much, paying for the repairs myself isn’t even such a bother! Thank you and God bless you guys!
