There are no words for how amazing and considerate and thorough this dealership is! I live 97 miles away and go there for service because they are unsurpassed in service. I always ask for Steve, he is compassionate, caring and genuinely concerned about any of your needs while there. Amy is beyond thoughtful and sweet. They both check on me while I wait, and will do anything to make your wait more comfortable. A few unexpected things came up with my car and the whole team works together to get it all handled. I have a ford escape and sadly my local dealer doesn’t compare or go the extra mile like these people do. I actually don’t dread coming here for service because I know and have confidence that all will b handled efficiently and expertly.
