From service to sales Lenzen has been fantastic. You have serviced our vehicles the past 11 years. Tom and Mike are true professionals and are very diligent to their customers needs. They keep you updated through out the service. In the past year we have traded in and purchased two new vehicles from Hailey. She is so thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable. I've taken my 2014 Buick Enclave to Lenzen-Buick in Chaska, MN for regular oil and maintenance checks for the last seven years and also when my vehicle needs a little extra work. While others may balk and ask why go to a dealership for regular maintenance, Lenzen has always treated me with utmost courtesy, and respect and I always leave feeling like I paid a fair price for services received with little to no up-sale. I've researched issues and purchased Buick parts via 3rd party and brought them in to save money. They now know me by name and I appreciate that they have space to allow me to work while I wait.
