I could say a whole lot of Good Things About Mag Auto. Number 1 , POPPY is more than outgoing when is comes to Customer Service. Me and my father Went to purchase a car the other day & there was a problem with the vehicle after purchasing. We were unaware at that time because we didn’t experience that issue when taking the car out for a test drive. To be honest That made me and my father turned off and Kinda upset after getting the car. When POPPY Stepped in and spoke to us saying he will Take care of the problem and that everything will be okay and that he understood made us feel a sense of relief. At that point me and my Father were very comfortable doing business with him as he kept it professional without any drama. He went way overboard just to help us out. He made sure that my day wasn’t disturbed and also Helped me out with Transportation to get back and forth to work. This was hands down one of the easiest things I have ever done. If I could give more stars, I would. Poppy was absolutely amazing, as were the people that work there. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that this experience was as quick and pain free as possible. I definitely recommend and I will definitely be back. I couldn’t imagine going to another dealership now.
