I saw a post on a Facebook group for the 2024 Traverse from Joe at Bob Brown Chevrolet in Urbandale, IA. I contacted Joe, he was very nice and knowledgeable about this SUV. My husband and I were so impressed that we drove over 600 miles because the SUV wasn't available yet in our area. It was worth it. Everybody at Bob Brown was amazing to work with, they made the process easy. I have owned the Traverse for 7 days now. It has a LOT of new technology! I have texted Joe almost every day with questions on how to do this or that. Either he has known off the top of his head, or he finds out and gives me step by step instructions. I told myself… I will never go back there again and I will tell anyone who asks to go to any dealership but there!
