I've bought 5 vehicles (over the course of 15-20 years) from Wagner and have had a great experience every time! Friendly, not pushy and will go to great lengths to get me what I want for a fair price. Highly recommend!
I drove Five (5) hours from Southcentral Kansas to buy a used vehicle they had at the Wagner Chevy dealership. Prior to my trip Jordan (my sales person) answered all questions I had about the vehicle. He also took pictures of everything I wanted to see on the vehicle before driving the 5 hours. Prior to my arrival we had worked out a price on the vehicle if I decided to buy it. I arrived at the dealership and the vehicle was as they had said it was and the pictures were accurate. The vehicle looked and drove like brand new. It was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had in my life. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and asked if there was anything I needed. I will definitely check them first if I get in the market for another vehicle.
They seemed nice enough but an oil change cost a lot more than I expected.
