everyone in K&J Chevrolet is awesome. Very polite. Very understanding, I do not have any bad experience with K&J Chevrolet . I would most definitely recommend them to anybody. They have excellent warranties and they are very thorough with every piece of paperwork. Definitely definitely recommend 10 out of 10. I worked with Scott and Dawn, Excellent people. I could not be more satisfied with the friendliness that comes with the business.

K&J is always a great business to work with. They always go above and beyond making the customer happy. K&J is full of friendly faces that want to make sure you get the best service. A recent experience I had a few weeks ago, I needed an oil change and I scheduled it in the morning. That morning my toddler was not in the best mood, and I needed to get groceries. They didn’t have a loaner car for me to do my errands and I didn’t want to wait in the lobby with a cranky toddler. The service manager personally let me use his truck to go get groceries. And he even had a car seat already in the truck for my toddler to use. Talk about ABOVE & BEYOND for their customers! K&J will always be my choice of business!

Would like to praise the Service Dept for their help in resolving a seal leak on the rear axle of our 2019 Chevy 3500 HD Silverado Dually. We’d like to thank Courtney for getting us scheduled in a getting the ball rolling an Jim for following up with it. Took it for an oil change and asked to have the rear brakes looked at because we had possibly over heated them coming up from SC. They found the rear seal was leaking causing the brakes to smoke when they got hot. Good news was they determined that it was covered under warranty. We appreciate their promptness on getting the truck in and repaired as we are a tight schedule for our 2 month camping trip. If you’re in the area and need service I would highly recommend them.
