2023 Buick Envision Preferred AWD

BOB made this the most pleasant care buying experience I have ever had. I contacted him after a friend gave me his number with a straightforward ( yet very particular ) insight to what I was looking for. He was not too pushy and just involved enough for me to know he was working for ME. I had been to another dealership in the area and I felt I had 'pick of the patch' and absolutely do not regret making my final decision with him. Aside from the fact the Lynn Layton did not charge me a doc fee ( roughly $900 in savings) I felt Bob was the most knowledgeable out of the sales associates I delt with. I found peace that working with him was like having someone help me as if i were their own child or family member. (Even at 32, I appreciated this comfort.) I have 3 children upcoming driving age in the next 2-10 years and when the time comes, Lynn Layton will be my first choice to look and I hope Bob be there to service us. Maybe he is just a good sales man, but feeling " at home" and "top priority" were important to me in this transaction. Regardless, I did notice he has earned Sales Associate of the month multiple times during my short wait for finance and I must agree- He deserved it! All the best, The Coleman's
