2023 Buick Envision Preferred AWD

****Pros: **** (Sales): received a phone call from Mr Dabrowski on a potential gladiator they had available. Needless to say my Wife purchased her dream slightly used Jeep Gladiator and loves it. Vehicle was pulled aside in their VP parking with her name posted in it to reserve it for her to come check out as we live over an hour away. Vehicle was pretty cleaned up upon arrival, we worked with Xavior (Sales) and Mr Dabrowski (Chevy). Both were professional and polite in our situation and we eventually reached a deal to make the vehicle hers. (Finance): Gentlemen we worked with was professional and assisted us in getting our payment where we wanted and an additional warranty ****Cons:**** We originally had terms, and we fell short on them at first, took some back and forth to get to the agreed terms which was frustrating since we pre made them prior to the drive. The detailers soaked the carpets to the point they were still soaked the next day and left a stagnant smell (which we were able to clean out). There was a few flaws on the vehicle, cosmetic wise, fender damage and interior cut mark that wasn’t disclosed to us prior to arrival so that was allittle upsetting ****Overall**** We would highly recommend, everyone was polite and professional in the matters to get the job done and assist us in our needs for making a deal and getting us out of our vehicle into something better. Will return for future vehicles

Got a good deal on a truck that fit my needs. They were very friendly people and the finance guy was easy to work with. The only downside was I was there 5 hrs, ALL car dealers need to find a way to speed up the process from test drive to going home.

Didn’t leave with the truck I wanted. But left with a truck that suits me just fine. The whole staff made sure our buying experience was a good one. Never felt like we were bait in an ocean. A very caring staff that I’d recommend and do business with again.
