They deserve 10+ stars. This dealership knows how to take care of a customer. I purchased a used vehicle in 2022, Great service from the start. Fast forward to Oct-November 2023, they continued with excellent customer service. My vehicle had to go to BUD Shell for a water pump leak, which turned into a blown motor. GMC, who had no obligation to help, without hesitation, generously provided me with a loaner vehicle for the 27 days it was in Ford's shop! I had a family emergency and was supposed to go out of town at the time of this situation, Gmc threw me the keys and said, "Go take care of your family and business"!! Honestly, with no zero questions asked!! If it wasn't for them, my family and I would have missed Numerous doctors appointments and the business out of town!! I can't thank them enough.
