The manager Eric and the sales representative Courtney were very responsive over email and phone. We have a new born. They accommodate our situation. They were fast, efficient and smooth. We are very happy with our car buying experience from O'Neil and strongly recommend people to give them a chance if you are planning to buy a car.

We just bought a new Silverado 2500 and drove over an hour to this dealership because of their exceptional service. With two small kids, visiting multiple dealerships can be challenging, so we wanted to handle most of the negotiations over the phone. While many dealerships refused and pressured us to come in, Charlie was direct and offered us great incentives to visit, so we made the trip. Every employee we interacted with was fantastic and extremely helpful, including the manager and finance team.
